Rebecca Bloxson, SHRM-CP, is the Director of Human Resources at Argus Community, with over 7 years of Human Resource and Employment Law experience.

Rebecca is a Bronx native, born and raised in the communities she now serves. She has worn many administrative hats over her career and joined the Argus team in 2012. Immersing herself in employment law, benefits and engagement, Rebecca joined Argus as an HR Clerk and worked closely with the HR team, growing her responsibilities over the years.

Since 2012, the employee census has grown from 120 to over 500 employees and as Director of HR, Rebecca’s contributions have greatly impacted Argus Community’s growth and offerings, implementing FMLA and other life changing benefits.

Rebecca prides herself in assisting Argus Community navigate the ever changing challenges that NYC’s at risk populations face. In her free time, she is a foodie and an old school music buff that loves attending concerts and enjoying outdoor adventures with her family and dog.
