
Adult Basic Education
Argus Community’s Adult Basic Education Program assists adults to become literate and obtain the knowledge and skills necessary for employment and self-sufficiency and to pursue further education. Instruction is provided in contexts relevant to students’ needs and interests. Participants are provided with instruction in reading, writing, and mathematics in English. The program is intended for students reading below the 8.0 grade level, as measured on the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE).
Onsite TABE testing is offered every Tuesday at 3:30pm.
Eligibility Requirements
Must be 18 years or older and reside in NDA 2 (Neighborhood Development Area).
No insurance required.
