Tuesday Allen CASAC, is the Vice President for Treatment Services at Argus Community, with over 20 years of experience working with men and women that struggle with substance use disorders. She began her career in 1999 as an intern at Palladia where she assisted in the clinical services department.

She made her career choice of working in the substance use disorders field due to familial issues with substance abuse. Her goal was to make a difference in the treatment outcomes of individuals lives who were afflicted with a substance use disorder. She was determined to connect with the resident population being treated at the program. She developed an empathy and a love for the residents she served and advocated for. It was through her advocacy that she became focused and began to excel.

Ms. Allen ascended through the positions of primary counselor, senior counselor, supervisor and to the position of program director. Tuesday joined the Argus family on August 2010 as the director for the Elizabeth L. Struz Outpatient Program. She has work as director in a number of Argus Community’s programs with the help and mentorship from the Executive staff she recently has been promoted to Vice President for Treatment Services. Tuesday also is the proud mother of two children TK(Shitzu) and Sky (Shitzu/Maltese mix).
