ACCESS III Supportive Case Management Program

The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene launched the Ryan White General Case Management in 2015. Having over 22 years of experience, Argus Community ACCESS III Program began providing an expanded form of case management services only for people living with HIV/AIDS who are under or un-insured. No Medicaid, no insurance, no problem.

When you enroll in case management, you will have a dedicated medical provider and a team to provide support to get you through it all. Services are available in English, Spanish, French and American Sign Language.

The case management program will provide assistance to Persons Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) who are unable to manage the complex managed care organization (MCO) healthcare and Health Home (HH) systems; are not connected to a stable primary care provider; are undocumented immigrants and clients who were recently released from incarceration; underinsured or employed with private/limited insurance; or have personal or family barriers and challenges to focusing on their care. Our case management staff will provide advocacy, education and the case management services required to assist in obtaining consistent medical care, social, legal and financial counseling, and the resources and support services needed to overcome barriers to maintain optimal physical and mental health for our clients.

Services provided in conjunction with Public Health Solutions, the NYC Dept. of Health and Ryan White supported federal funds.
