Case management services for persons with HIV/AIDS, their children and family members.
ACCESS teams provide intensive case management services for persons living with HIV and AIDS, their children, and families. Although the follow-up program serves Mott Haven, Morrisania, and other areas of the South Bronx, Medicaid eligible referrals are received from all geographical locations.
ACCESS helps participants look toward their futures and learn to live productive and self-sufficient lives, to the best of their ability, in an atmosphere of concern and care.
ACCESS case management teams address individual's current and long range needs, help them stay out of hospitals and other institutional situations for as long as possible.

- Crisis Intervention & Short Term Counseling
- Advocacy

- Voluntary Family HIV Testing and Counseling
- Income Maintenance, SSI and other Entitlements
- Peri-natal Care
- Parenting Classes
- Family Planning Services
- Day Care, Head Start & Parent Aides
- Social Activities & Day Programs
- Foster Care and Permanency Planning
- Respite Care
- Legal Advice/CJ Transitional
- AND MANY OTHER SERVICES
